“On the 13th November 2009, my husband received a call from the Transplant Co-ordinator that would be the start of a complex journey – one that began with him receiving a kidney transplant that very day. Over the last few years he has received first class care. I continue to be in awe of the fabulous work carried out by the team and am committed to raising funds for the unit” Valerie Mattinson.
The event raised an incredible £3,300.
