It's back and better than ever!
We’re thrilled to be heading back to the QMC for another year of fundraising action. So why is our Abseil so fun?
You’ll meet fellow fundraisers who are also braving the drop and you will make a difference to the area that means the most to you at Nottingham hospitals. You’ll also be able to take in the breath-taking 360° views from the top of the QMC which includes Nottingham Castle and the City Ground. If you wish you can also descend in a pair, so grab a friend, family member or work colleague to join you!
How do I get involved?
Registration is just £30, which confirms your place at this year’s event, and we ask a minimum sponsorship commitment of just £150. When you register, you will be able to book your time slot and will receive a confirmation email from us confirming your place. Please make sure you check your spam inbox as sometimes our emails can end up there.
If you are taking part as a big group check the timeslot you are choosing has enough places available to accommodate your group size. You must all register individually, so after choosing your available timeslot each of you need to book straight away to avoid places booking up. If you have any questions drop us an email at charity@nuh.nhs.uk, and we’ll do our best to help you.
Your fundraising makes a difference
What happens next?
We’ll be there with you every step of the way from the moment you register. Our Charity team will greet you at the top and bottom of QMC and help you find your group so you are ready for your briefing. We’ll cheer you on as you scale down the side of the QMC and once your feet are safely back on the ground, we’ll be ready and waiting for you at the bottom to present you with your very own certificate.
