Nottingham Hospitals Charity vacancy: Senior Community Fundraiser

Nottingham Hospitals Charity is looking for an exceptional fundraiser to join our team.   We are seeking an experienced fundraiser to plan, develop and implement a programme of activity to grow and maximise income through community fundraising.

With a focus on engaging new supporters with the Charity from within the community, the post-holder will introduce new fundraising initiatives and develop income-generating and profile-raising activity.  The role offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced and driven individual to develop the income stream and substantially grow income.  The successful candidate will be an effective and confident communicator with the ability to inspire and motivate.  With solid experience of community fundraising and excellent organisational skills, the post-holder will undertake the line management of a Community Fundraiser, to provide efficient and effective donor support.

Applicants will have at least eighteen months’ experience within community fundraising and possess a strong understanding of donor behaviours and motivations along with experience of a range of community fundraising ideas and approaches.  A busy role, strong project management skills are essential.
