Mandie Sunderland

Mandie has worked at NUH since February 2015 and as Chief Nurse is responsible for almost 5,000 nurses and midwives at the Trust.

Mandie’s clinical background as a Registered General Nurse has mostly been in Intensive Care environments, where she developed an interest in education and training, leading to posts in both professional and clinical practice development.

In 2013, she was named one of the 50 most influential women in the NHS by the Health Service Journal.
