A Spring fair to raise money for Nottingham patients and their families will take place on Saturday 19th March at Lutterell Hall in West Bridgford, Nottingham.
Over 20 stalls will be selling hand crafted gifts including cards, jewellery, toys, embroidery, knitted items, and lots more!
The event organised by Nottingham Hospitals Charity will take place from 10am – 4pm and aims to help raise vital funds to support patients and staff at Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust.
Senior Community Fundraiser Naomi Walters says: “We’ve had a great response from supporters who want to help us make the event a success and we’re hoping that people will come and support on the day by buying lovely things. There are loads of stalls from cards and handmade gifts. It’s the perfect opportunity to come and get some fabulous gifts for Easter as well as raising money for the hospitals and Ropewalk House at the same time.”Cards and other handmade crafts
There will be hot drinks, delicious cakes and even a tombola available at the fair.
Naomi adds: “It’s going to be a great day and I would encourage people to come out in support of their hospitals and pick up some lovely arts and crafts at the same time.”
Charity supporter and stall holder Brenda Ash says: “I am looking forward to this event because it’s a great opportunity for the people of Bridgford and Nottingham to not only buy top quality gifts, but to know they have played a part in changing people’s lives through Nottingham Hospitals Charity.
“I have chosen to support teenage cancer care. Teenage years can be a difficult time and having the added complications of cancer makes life tougher, so anything that can help these young people and their families, through these traumatic years, is, in my opinion, money well spent.”
Lutterell Hall is based on Church Drive in West Bridgford.
