Toy Trust puts the ‘fun’ into fundraising for Nottingham Children’s Hospital

Nottingham Hospitals Charity will have a special fun-focused sponsor with the start of a year- long partnership with the national Toy Trust in support of our Big Appeal for Nottingham Children’s Hospital.

This weekend teams of staff from the Toy Trust, part of the British Toy and Hobby Association which is a membership organisation for UK toy manufacturers, will be kicking off a year-long focus on raising funds for twenty UK children’s hospitals, including Nottingham Children’s Hospital whose Big Appeal Nottingham Hospitals Charity launched at the end of last year.

Celebrating their special 25th anniversary year of fundraising in 2017, Toy Trust members have been inspired to get involved in a range of fundraising challenges, starting with the BIG Cotswold Challenge this weekend (Saturday 6 May) and continuing into the summer with events like the Tough Mudder obstacle course.

“We are delighted to have been chosen as one of the partners for the Toy Trust’s anniversary year,” said Nottingham Hospital Charity’s Director of Development, Nigel Gregory.

“We would like to wish all of their teams taking part in this weekend’s BIG Cotswold Challenge the very best of luck.”
