Wear your best festive socks on Festive Sock Day.

Not all of our staff can wear Christmas jumpers with their uniform – but they can wear festive socks! Help us support them and join in our first Festive Sock Day. Whether it’s jolly Santa’s or flashing Rudolph’s, we want to see your brightest seasonal socks!

Let us know when and where you’ll be wearing your socks via the form below 👇

Please read our Privacy Policy here

Nottingham Hospitals Charity will use the information you provide in this form to get in touch with you, to provide updates and to send marketing communications. Please let us know all the ways you would like to hear from us, by ticking the boxes below. You can change your mind at any time.

Get everyone involved!

We want everyone to don their festive socks in aid of Nottingham hospitals, so get your school, family, friends, and colleagues together and showcase your festive footwear.

Raise some money

We’d like everyone to make a small donation when they wear their socks – every £1 makes a difference to our patients, their families and our staff. You can choose which area of the hospitals you wish to support, or you can support our general fund and we will make sure the money goes where it is needed most.

Let us know if you’d like a festive collection box to collect those donations. Or you can set up a JustGiving page HERE.

You can pay in your donations HERE. Or get in touch to find out more about how you can make your donation – charity@nuh.nhs.uk.

Don’t forget to show us your socks! 📷
