Walk, stroll or hike your way to support the Hayward House Appeal.
Sign up to Hike for Hayward House, our version of a sponsored walk, in aid of Nottingham Hospitals Charity and our Hayward House Appeal.
It’s family friendly and flexible – you choose your challenge and you set your fundraising target.
However much you raise, your support will make a real difference to improvements to the garden area, a more welcoming reception and waiting area, and an expansion of the centre’s research and training facilities.
What can you do to help?
You can choose your challenge, your schedule and your distance.
Perhaps you’d like to do a one off hike with your family, or maybe your hike is a longer term challenge, completing shorter distances every day for a month?
Head out for your walk – whether that's a stroll round a local park with your dog, a walk to a friend’s house, getting off the bus a stop early, or a hike up a mountain. It's completely up to you.
